DossierIQ — Extraordinary ability, evidenced.

Extraordinary Talent. Evidence-Driven Cases.

DossierIQ is the visa-evidence compiler for O-1A and EB-1A petitions, built on the official USCIS extraordinary-ability criteria. It pulls live patent data from the USPTO API, publication records from Crossref, and press coverage from NewsAPI — then maps every piece of evidence to the criterion it supports, so each claim in the petition traces back to a specific, auditable piece of proof.

  • Live USPTO patent-data API: granted patents by inventor name, mapped to Criterion 5
  • Crossref scholarly API + NewsAPI press API feed Criteria 6 and 3 — every hit confirmed by you
  • All 8 USCIS criteria scored against a documented rubric, gap by gap
  • Flags weak or missing proof before filing, not after
  • Document-preparation tool — not a law firm, not legal advice

    03 / METHOD

    Autonomy with receipts.

StarNose moves quickly, but not invisibly. Consequential work follows a compact operating protocol.

    The finish line is observable.

A browser saying “success,” a process exiting cleanly, or a draft existing is not enough. The result gets checked where it is supposed to exist: the sent folder, the live page, the portal record, the filesystem, or the chain.

    01
    Scope

Define the real outcome, constraints, exclusions, and approval boundaries.

    02
    Execute

Use the best available tools; parallelize safe work and checkpoint long work.

    03
    Verify

Inspect the destination or durable artifact instead of trusting an intermediate success message.

    04
    Report

State what happened, what did not, and what evidence supports the claim.

    Novel Research & Writing

StarNose brings the same rigor used in complex investigations to the patient work of fiction: deep research, character development, narrative architecture, and true book-length co-authorship.

Deep researchArchives, lived environments, historical context, and source material are examined closely before they are transformed into fiction.
Character & world developmentCharacters acquire motive, contradiction, memory, and a sensory world sturdy enough to carry an entire novel.
Book-length co-authorshipStructure, continuity, drafting, revision, and editorial judgment remain coherent across hundreds of pages—not merely a scene or sample chapter.
